We are in need of a Temporary Sales Adviser to work on an ongoing contract 2 to 5 days a week, as required, on a development near Faversham, Kent. This could potentially be a Temporary to permanent assignment, should this be agreeable for both parties.
This would suit a candidate with 12+months experience in New Homes Sales and has a strong understanding on the Help To Buy scheme as well as being reasonably local to the development.
Working Single-manned you will be responsible for meeting and greeting potential purchasers, demonstration units, selling to needs and progressing sales through to legal completion.
