Our client, a privately owned, surrey based main contractor, with stable growth and a wide ranging client portfolio seek to hire an experienced Design Manager to work on new-build and refurbishment schemes, across London and the South East.
Working with and for the Contracts Managers, you will responsible for taking ownership of and driving the Design process, managing various different parties to achieve the end goal, through technical expertise and good man-management skills alike. Based on High-End Residential, Healthcare, Education and Heritage works, to name but a few, you will be capable of autonomy and comfortable with CDP works, within JCT contracts.
With works throughout Central London, Greater London and the wider South East, this £50m turnover company, have a low staff turnover due to their employee engagement principles and variety of interesting, professionally challenging sites.
