CONTRACTS MANAGER
Our client, one of the UK's most respected building contractors have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team and help deliver a wide mix of projects across Kent, Surrey & South London.
Looking after 3-4 live projects at any one time, each with an average contract value of c£3m, you will have some involvement with pre-construction and be responsible for taking schemes from the first spade in the ground to practical completion and client handover. During this time, you will be managing both direct staff as well as sub-contractors. In addition you will be the 'face' of the contractor to the client, chairing site and client meetings to evaluate progress and solve any issues arising, whilst keeping the job on program and within budget.
You may have performed a similar role with a contemporary builder, or you may be in a Projects Management position and ready to take the step-up into contracts management.
