Our client is one of the UK's largest house-building brands; building a range of both contemporary & traditionally designed units. Thier busy Eastern division is active on multiple sites across Essex and Suffolk.
They are looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Adviser (6 months+ property sales experiance) to help sell a development of apartments and houses in Colchester.
Based from the Sales & Marketing suite and working a Thursday to Monday shift, 11am to 6pm, either single or double-manned, you will be carrying out the following duties as part of your day to day duties:
Meeting, greeting and selling to members of the public
Demonstrating units to potential purchasers
Negotiating sales of units and options / extra's
Overseeing the sale through to legal completion
Reporting against target to Sales Manager
Our client offer a basic salary of up to £30k PA depending on experience, with commissiona and bonuses making up a realistic £50k OTE.
