We are looking for an enthusiastic new homes sales advisor who has experience working within a similar job role with a competing brand.
Site based in a small team; hours are 10am - 5pm five days a week (including weekends with two days off during the week).
Duties include as a New Homes Sales Advisor:
- Meeting and greeting potential purchasers
- Demonstrating new homes
- Progressing the sale through to legal completion
- Reporting on sales against targets
