We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor near Cranbrook, Kent. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a privately owned, regional house builder.
Based 4/5 days a week (TBA) on site, in the sales Suite, you will be working single-manned, selling 9 x family homes.
We are looking for a proven property sales-person, who has at least 6 months experience working within a similar job role with a competing brand - or who has sold new homes with an Estate Agent.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting potential purchasers
- Demonstrating new homes
- Progressing the sale through to legal completion
- Reporting on sales against targets
