We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing division of one of the UKs most successful Housing developers.
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and based between offices in East London and Bromley, you will help financially deliver new build housing schemes across North Kent, East London and Southern Essex.
Reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
Subcontract procurement
Checking invoices & processing payments
Dealing with variations
Reporting on P&L
Dealing with queries from site and technical teams
Preparing final accounts
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience with either a housing developer, main contractor or sub-contractor and will likely have a construction related degree or similar.
