Our client, one of the UK's largest residential developers and an NHBC 5 Star House-Builder, are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Technical Manager, to oversee their SE London, Kent & Surrey developments.
Office based in SE London, you would be working on various schemes across the capital. You must hold an HNC/HND qualification in a building related subject and will likely also have a BSC degree or higher in Architecture, Building Studies or Project Management.
You are probably working for either a top 10 developer or main contractor at present, on RC frame buildings, as well as traditional schemes and will have 5+ years experience doing so.
Reporting into the Head of Production you will in return, enjoy a very competitive salary package, career progression opportunities and job security.
