Marketing Manager wanted to oversee Digital and Traditional marketing campaigns for a busy regional of a national Housing Developer brand.
Covering 10 - 15 sites across the southern Home Counties, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with and coordinating approved external partners to build campaigns for both current schemes and new launches, with a view to increasing enquiries and driving footfall on the developments.
Working across two or more product lines, you will also be responsible for input into the creation and uploading of content onto sector specific web sites including, RightMove, Prime Location, along with Social Media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. You will also oversee physical marketing, including development brochures and site signage.
Based from Kent, working Monday to Friday, from the companies regional offices, you will report into the Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for both budgetary control and team management, as the department grows.
