Our client, one of the UK's largest House-building Groups, has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to help sell it's 4 Star HBF homes and conduct viewings and appointments on two of their live schemes near Chichester, West Sussex.
Managing your own diary and attending these sites for appointments, selling toward your own targets, you will also be working as part of a larger team and will be required to work in the regional hub one day per week, which is based near Lewes.
You will be dealing with web, telephone and face to face enquiries, meeting members of the public to conduct viewings, demonstrating homes and selling to needs, taking reservations and progressing sales through to legal completion, liaising with solicitors and mortgage providers, as well as internal and construction colleagues.
This opportunity would suit someone with 2+ years experience of New Home Sales, who likely lives somewhere between Chichester and Lewes and who likes to be active and always 'on the go'. They would also need to be organised and capable of working under their own steam but happy also to pitch in with other team members on their developments, as and when the need arises.
Working 5 days a week, including weekends, 10am to 5.30pm, with two days off in the week, the successful candidate will benefit from a £25k basic and £50k pa OTE + mileage expenses and pension.
