Our client, one of the UK's largest national housebuilders seeks a
New Homes Sales Adviser to join their team and help sell a busy, live
scheme of circa 200 x 2, 3 & 4 bed houses near Bury St Edmonds.
This is a 12 momth fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Working directly for our client, the successful candidate will be single-manned, based in the Sales suite selling houses to private individuals and investrors alike.
Duties will include; generating sales leads, meeting and greeting
customers, qualifying customers & demonstrating homes along
with providing exceptional customer service, negotiating sales of units,
before progressing the sales through to legal completion.
Working hours are 10am to 5pm on weekdays, 11am - 5pm at weekends.
Nb. Weekend working forms part of the standard work rota and all Sales
Advisers are required to work every weekend.
Working to deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with
a £24k basic salary and a realistic and UNCAPPED commission scheme, which should see you earn
an OTE of £50k+ PA + pension, home-to-work mileage and other benefits.
The successful Sales Adviser is likely to have 6+ months property
sales experience, working within a similar field for another developer
or Estate Agency group.Our client also offers career stability, boasting
an expansive land-bank.
At the conclusion of the contract, should both parties agree, there is a good chance that there will be the opportunity to make the appointment permanent.
