Our client, a specialist new homes Agent, working with a 5 Star HBF developer, seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their existing team on a residential schemes in East Kent.
Based on site from the Sales Suite, the successful candidate will be working as part of a dedicated sales team, selling new-build houses and apartments to members of the general public.
Duties will include; generating sales leads, meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. Working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which may include working weekends, with two concurrent days of between Monday & Sunday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which could see you earn in excess of £40k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, with more developments secured in the area.
