New Homes Sales Adviser - Ashford, Kent

Our client, a 5 Star HBF developer one of the UK's largest housing groups seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their existing team on a large, fast selling residential scheme in Ashford, Kent.

Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a dedicated sales team, selling new-build houses and apartments to members of the public.

Duties will include; generating sales leads, meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. Working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working 3 out of every 4 weekends, with two concurrent days of between Monday & Friday.

Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which could see you earn in excess of £50k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 6 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank in the Kent.
