Our client, one of the largest national housebuilders seeks a New Homes Sales Adviser to join their team and help sell a busy scheme of 2, 3 & 4 bed houses in Felixstowe.
Working single and/or double-manned, based in the Sales suite, you will be selling houses to private individuals and investrors.
Duties will include; generating sales leads, meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customers & demonstrating homes along with providing exceptional customer service, negotiating sales of units, before progressing the sales through to legal completion.
Working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working 3 out of 4 weekends every month, with two consecutive days off between Monday & Friday.
Working to deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a realistic commission scheme, which should see you earn circa £45k PA + pension and other benefits.
The successful candidate is likely to have 1+ years property sales experience, working within a similar field for another developer or Estate Agency group.Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank.
