Our client, a UK top 10 housing developer, seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their team on a live, fast-paced 250 unit mixed residential scheme in Chelmsford, Essex.
Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a two-man, dedicated sales team, selling new-build 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed houses to private customers.
Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes along with providing exceptional customer service, before negotiating sales of units and options/extra's, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. Working hours are 9.30am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working most weekends, with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which should see you earn around 44k PA + home to work mileage + pension.
The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank across the Essex, & Suffolk areas.
