Our client, an award-winning, privately owned regional developer group seek to recruit a full-time New Homes Sales Adviser to help sell out a scheme of apartments and houses near Sevenoaks, Kent.
Based on site and working single or double-manned from the sales suite, the working hours will be 10am to 5pm, 5 days a week, including 3 out of every 4 weekends - with two days off in the week.
The role will include:
Generating sales leads from a database of interested parties
Dealing with telephone and internet enquiries and managing via the CRM system.
Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying visitors.
Demonstrating homes
Taking reservations & managing all sales through to legal completion.
Market research and reporting against target to Directors & client.
The ideal candidate will likely have 2+years directly relevant experience and be flexible enough to be able to cover other sites, should the need arise; a full, clean UK driving license and car ownership is desirable therefore.
Our client are offering a basic salary of up to £27,500 + commission, giving an OTE of c£45,000 PA
