Our client, an industry-leading house-building group with an enviable reputation for excellence and customer care, currently have an opportunity for an experinced Customer Service professional to join their Southern team.
Based on site, working within a dedicated sales team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the end customer from Exchange of contracts, through to completion and beyond, ensuinge the customer recieves a world-class service throughout, protecting the brands good reputation along with securing the best possible Customer Satisfaction Surevy result.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key, as are IT skills and exceptional personal presentation.
Site-based, work locations vary across West Sussex and Hampshire. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm (oocasional weekend or evening working may be required, with time-off in leiu available).
