house-builders, constructing thousands of new homes each year, to the
highest standard. With a focus on quality and customer satisfactin they
currently have a vacancy for an Estates Administrator to join their busy
Southern region, based in Leatherhead.
The role would see the successful candidate support the Estates
department in all aspects of the legal and estates set up of a
development and the day to day on-going liaison with Managing Agents, to
ensure the company's estates are effectively managed. It would also
include, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Group estate
management standards, ensuring the legal set up and estate management
reporting is current and actively managed.
A critical and central function, excellent written and verbal
communication skills are a must, as you would be liaising with both
internal departments and external partners and agencies in order to
facilitate the flow of detailed information, within strict time

A full-time, permanent position, you would be office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
