Our client, one of the UK's bigest and most successful housebuilding groups has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their busy region overseeing schemes in; Middlesex, Berkshire, Surrey, West and North London.
A Monday to Friday role, you would be reporting into the Technical Director and your responsibilities would include, amongst other things:
- Controlling and distributing the necessary drawing information to relevant internal and external parties.
- Managing Consultant and site fees.
- Managing all aspects of design and ensuring propert distribution of information via regular design meetings.
- To coordinate remidal design issues on historic sites.
- The selection and management of Consultants.
- Agreeing and overseeing adhereance to a schedule for information delivery required by different packages.
- Ensure any changes to design have been signed off with the proper permissions.
- Ensure NHBC regulation approval is obtained and certificates adhered to.
- Provide information as required for internal teams eg. Sales
- Attend site, technical and planning meetings.
In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is offering a competitive package including a basic salary of up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + healthcare + pension.
This role woudl suit either an experienced Technical or Design Coordinator who has 3+ years of experience under their belts with residential schemes, or even someone already at Technical/Design Manager level but who is looking to establish themselves with a major developer brand who can provide job security and career progression within a large team.
