Our client, one of the UK’s most prominent new homes builders is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to be based on their busy development in Haverhill, with the capacity to earn up to £45,000 pa
The ideal candidate will have 12 months + experience in New Homes Sales with an enthusiastic, pro-active approach to the role. As a Sales Adviser you will need to have the ability to build relationships with purchasers, be focused in working to targets and a flexible team player. Full UK driving license required.
The successful candidate will also be organised, confident, outgoing and happy to work 10am to 5pm 5 days a week including 3 out of 4 weekends each month as part of their standard shift pattern.
Responsibilities include
- Chasing sales leads
- Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying potential purchasers
- Off-Plan Property Sales
- Demonstrating units
- Advising investors of return on investment
- Show home Launch events
- Progressing sales through from enquiry to legal completion
- Carry out market research
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- Proven track record working within New Home sales
- Target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Well-presented and well mannered
- Strong networking skills
