Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most successful housing developers currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Adviser to join their South Coast regional sales team, with the chance to work up to a Sales Advisers position, carrying an OTE of £47k pa.
A full time, permanent, 5 day a week role, the successful candidate will be working as part of a small team, based on developments spread across Hampshire and West Sussex. Working hours will be 10am to 5pm and include 3 out of every 4 weekends, with two days off between Monday and Friday.
This role would suit someone with a proven track record in business to customer product sales, or someone with exceptional customer service skills, ideally in a face to face business environment. Estate Agency experience, especially if with exposure to new homes would also be welcome, as would cabin crew experience, where face to face customer service is paramount.
A starting salary of up to £23k + pension is on offer, with commission after probation, up to £25k PA. A full UK driving license is also required.
