We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to help launch and sell an exciting, high specification development of 20 x 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses near Thatcham, Berkshire.
Working with one of the regions busiest New Homes Agents, who have an excellent, ongoing land-bank in the area and can offer long term career stability, along with a basic salary of up to £30k (dependent on experience) and a £45k OTE, alongside a wider remuneration package.
Duties will include meeting and greeting walk-in customers, handling web and telephone enquiries, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion.
Working single-manned, the hours are Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm five days a week, including weekends, with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday making up the 5 day a week shift pattern.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a very competitive remuneration package, which could see you earn up to £45k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 6 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor.
