We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to help launch
and sell a beautiful development of 9 x 3, 4 & 5
bedroom houses near the picturesque village of Sissinghurst in Kent; with a follow-on development of c30 units in Frittenden to move on to after completion.
Working
as a new homes Sales Adviser for a family-owned, Kent-based house builder, who have an
excellent, ongoing land-bank in the area and can offer long term career
stability, you will receive a basic salary of up to £28k PA (for a 5 day a week role) and a c£40k OTE, alongside a wider remuneration package.
Duties will include meeting and
greeting walk-in customers, handling web and telephone enquiries,
demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options,
before progressing the sale through to legal completion.
Working single-manned, the sales suite opening hours will be
Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm including weekends,
with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday making up the 5
day a week shift pattern. **our client would however consider a 4 day shift pattern for the right canddate, on a pro-rata package.**
Working to targets and deadlines, you
will be rewarded for your achievements. The
successful candidate is likely to have 6 months+ property sales
experience working within a similar field for a competitor.
