Our client, a specialist new homes Agent, working with a 5 Star HBF
developer, seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their
existing team selling a phase of 40 x 3, 4 and 5 bed houses and apartments, in Bracknell (RG42).
Based on site from the Sales Suite, the successful candidate will be
working full-time, 5 days a week, selling new-build
houses to the general public.
Duties will include; generating sales leads, meeting and greeting
customers, qualifying customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on
sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal
completion. Working hours are 10am to 5.30pm five days a week - which
includes working weekends, with two concurrent days of
between Monday & Sunday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your
achievements with a basic salary of up to £30k and a competitive commission package, which could see you
earn in excess of £45k+ PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 6 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a
competitor. Our client also offers career stability, with more
developments secured in the area.
