We are currently recruiting for an experienced Re-Sales Manager to work with a Shared Ownership product as part of an exciting new venture for an award winning national property company based out of offices near Reading.

development programmes to staff at all levels.
Working Monday to Friday (with availability to cover 1 weekend in 3 from home) from the offices in Woodley, our client are looking for a 'hands-on' Re-Sales Manager, who can take over the current porfolio and then help grow the team and manage people under them.
As a Re-Sales Manager you will find yourself:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Maintaining current contracts in place with existing Housing Associations
- Working with senior management to identify and deliver new business with other Housing Associations/Registered Providers
- Touting new business from private sellers
- Providing customer care with regular marketing updates to clients (occupiers and housing associations)
- Mutually
agree and hit individual targets whilst contributing towards
department/regional targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Manage and develop other re-sale consultants within the team
- Self-generate viewing activity on our available stock
- Generate mortgage appointments and solicitor referral opportunities for additional department and individual income
- Speaking to clients on the phone registering their interest in shared ownership
- Manage active re-sales applicant database and ensure regular contact is maintained
- Offering buyers advice on suitable properties.
- Liaising with local branches to assist with marketing when appropriate
- Offer handling and negotiating
- Work closely with our in-house sales progressors and update our clients on progress of transactions.
- Compile regular reports for our Housing association clients on activity and lead status
- Attend regular video meetings with both corporate clients and private sellers
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Develop Shared Ownership knowledge and take an active role in the housing association world
Application are encouraged from candidates with a background in Shared Ownership sales, Estate Agency or New Home Sales. To be considered for this role, the following experience and skills are desired:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets
- Ability to communicate to inexperienced buyers and overcome challenges
- Covering the whole of the country with numerous clients
- Solution based problem solving
- Experience in estate agency sales with a proven track record
- Highly skilled at customer service and business retention/generation
- Computer literate
