Our client, one of the UK's largest privately owned housebuilders and an HBF 5 Star builder, seeks to recruit an experienced New Homes SALES ADVISER to join them on one of their busy, existing schemes in Essex, with the opportunity to earn >£60k PA.
Based from one of their 5 x developments in the county you will be working from the sales & marketing suite as part of a dedicated sales team, selling 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed new-build houses to the public.
Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working 3 of 4 weekends each month, with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday making up your 5 day a week shift pattern.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a market-leading remuneration package including a basic salary of up to £35k, pension, home-to-work mileage, 1 in 4 weekends off and sales commission giving you an OTE of £55k+
Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank in the Essex, Suffolk and Cambs areas.
The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for another developer or Estate Agent.
