New Homes Sales Adviser

Our client, one of the UK's largest housing developers and an HBF 5 Star builder, seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their team to launch and sell on a brand new scheme of c200 units near Tiptree in Essex.

Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a dedicated sales team, selling 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed new-build houses to the public.

Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working 3 of 4 weekends each month, with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday making up your 5 day a week shift pattern.

Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a very competitive remuneration package, which could see you earn up to £60k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank in the Essex, Suffolk and Cambs areas.
