Our client, one of the UK's largest housing developers, seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their existing team on a fast selling residential scheme in central Bracknell.
Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a dedicated sales team, selling new-build flats to private customers.
Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working every weekend, with two concurrent days of between Monday & Friday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which could see you earn up to 60k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank in the North Hants, Berkshire, Surrey & Middlesex areas.
