New Homes Sales Adviser

Our client, one of the UK's largest housing developers and an HBF 5 Star builder, seek an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their team to launch a brand new, large, multi-phased circa 200 unit, mixed residential scheme near Stowmarket, Suffolk.

Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a dedicated sales team, selling new-build 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed houses to private customers.

Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes and negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. Working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working 3 out of every 4 weekends, with two concurrent days of between Monday & Friday making up the standard shift pattern.

Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with one of the best remuneration packages around, which could see you earn £55k+ PA + home to work mileage + pension.

The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability and training and boasts an expansive land-bank across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
