Our client, is an iconic market-leading, trend-setting brand and a UK top 10 housing developer. They are currently looking for a an experienced New Homes Sales professional to join & lead their team on a re-launched high spec', residential scheme in Winchester - a role carrying a £35k basic salary.
Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a three-person, dedicated sales team, selling new-build Apartments and Town-Houses to private customers.
Duties will include; performance managing two full-time Sales Advisers, following up leads and managing a database of potential customers, meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes and providing exceptional levels of customer service, before negotiating sales of units and options/extra's and then progressing the sale through to legal completion. You will also be responsible for reporting on activity to your Area Sales Manager and working with them to optimise sales for the development.
Working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm five days a week - which will include working most weekends, with two concurrent days off between Monday & Friday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which should see you earn >£60k PA + package & 1 in 4 weekends off.
The successful candidate is likely to have 4years+ industry experience, with at least 12 months of this being as someone who has managed people. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank across the Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey & Sussex areas.
