We are currently working with a leading new homes Estate Agency client, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Adviser to help them sell the final 50 units of a development in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
This is a temporary role, adminstered via Ethos RS, where the successful candidate will be working single-manned, selling on-site, from a show-home and carrying ouot the standard Sales Adviser duties, to sell newly refurbished family homes.
Working 3 days / week, 10am to 5pm - including at least one day each weekend, you will be responsible for the 360 degree sales lifecycle; meeting and greeting purchasers, demonstrating units, negotiating the sale and progressing through to legal completion.
On offer is a competitive remuneration package of circa £25k pro-rata basic salary with additional commission scheme.The contract is forecast to last 4 - 6 months.
