Our client is an award-winning, national house-building brand, building a range of both contemporary & traditional design units. Thier Eastern division is active on multiple sites across Essex, Suffolk and South Cambs.
They currently seek a proven New Homes Sales Adviser (12 months exp+) to help launch and sell a high specification New Homes scheme in Colchester. Based from the Sales & Marketing suite and working a Thursday to Monday shift, 10am to 5pm, as part of a two or three person team. You will be carrying out the following duties as part of your day to day duties:
Meeting, greeting and selling to members of the public
Demonstrating units to potential purchasers
Negotiating sales of units and options / extra's
Overseeing the sale through to legal completion
Reporting against target to Sales Manager
