Our client is a prestigious, award-winning, 5* national house-building brand, building a range of both contemporary & traditional design units on developments across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Middlesex & Berkshire.
They seek a proven New Homes Sales Adviser (1 year exp+) to join thier sales team and help launch and sell new homes to the general public on thier live, fast-selling scheme in Basingstoke.
Based from the site Sales & Marketing suites and working a five day week, including 3 out of 4 weekends, 9.30am to 5.30pm, as part of a three person team, you will be carrying out the following duties as part of your day to day duties:
Meeting, greeting and selling to members of the public
Demonstrating units to potential purchasers
Negotiating sales of units and options / extra's
Overseeing the sale through to legal completion
Conducting market research
Reporting against target to Sales Manager

This role would suit anyone who has 2 years or more New Homes Sales experience and who likes varierty and wants to work with a great product for an experienced management team and a top, top brand.
