New Homes Sales Progressor - Full-Time, Permanent

Our Client, one of the UK's biggest and best established House-builders seek to hire a Full-Time, Sales Progressor, on a permanent basis, to work within their Thames Valley region.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director you be responsible for collating, reporting on and facilitating the progression of all of the deals on all of the sites across their region, with a view to bringing as many as possible through, as quickly and smoothly as possible, to legal completion.

The successful candidate may have worked in a similar role, or have had exposure to the process through working as a New Homes Sales Adviser, legal secretary, mortgage adviser or similar.
