Our Client, one of the UK's biggest and best established 5 Star House-builders seek to hire a Full-Time, experienced Sales Adviser, to join their team and launch a new, multi-phased scheme near Felixstowe.
Working as part of a dedicated site sales team, selling 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed houses, working hours are 10am to 5pm, five days a week, including 3 out of every 4 weekends.
You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting , greeting & financially qualifying visitors, before demonstrating units and taking reservations. You will then need to supervise the progression of the sales through to legal completion.
An exciting and demanding role, the successful candidate will likely have worked in a similar role with another house-builder or have had exposure to the process through working as a legal secretary, Estate Agent (with New Homes experience only please), mortgage adviser or similar.
You will be rewarded for you efforts with a very competitive remuneration package featuring a basic salary of up to £31k PA and a realistic OTE of £55k + home-to-work-mileage and much more.
