Our client, a privately owned, regionally based, high-end developer of prestigious, low density housing developments in Sussex & Surrey seek an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join their existing team on a residential scheme of 14 executive houses near Godstone in Surrey.
Based on site from the marketing suite you will be working as part of a dedicated two-man sales team, selling new-build flats and houses to private customers. Duties will include; meeting and greeting walk-in customers, demonstrating homes along with exceptional customer service before negotiating on sales of units and options, before progressing the sale through to legal completion. working hours are 10am to 5pm five days a week - which will include working most weekends, with two concurrent days of between Monday & Friday.
Working to targets and deadlines, you will be rewarded for your achievements with a competitive commission package, which could see you earn in excess of 40k PA. The successful candidate is likely to have 12 months+ property sales experience working within a similar field for a competitor. Our client also offers career stability, boasting an expansive land-bank across the Surrey & Sussex.
